How do I return an item?

In order to return an item (Complete packages only) please follow these steps.
  • You can only return an item(complete pack of the same product) within 15 Days from the delivery of the product.
  • The products must be returned in the original packaging (No exceptions must include all the sizes)
  • You must pay for the return of the item.
  • If you received promotional Free shipping, at our discretion we may ask you to pay for the initial shipping fees.
  • You must Call Customer Service to obtain a return authorization.
  • Once the return is received you will be issued either Store credit, exchange for something else from our store, or a refund of the amount purchased.
